So I’m looking at different studies I can do. My options are either studying English or studying to be a primary school teacher.
Now I went to both of these schools, and I was left wondering “How do you make money after you graduate?”
For a primary school teacher, the answer’s pretty obvious. You slave and slave, working from 8AM until 5PM, working hard at your responsible job. The job’s pretty nice, but it’s sucking away a lot of your free time (even though you have got a lot of holidays).
For English, it’s not so obvious. You become what, a translator? A teacher? I know someone who has studied English and took up another, more practical study so that she could get a job.
Now if there was only one more way to make money… Online… From the comfort of my own home?
I’m starting my own website. It’s about fruit. It reminds you to eat your fruit and to live a healthy, happy life. There are people around the world doing the same and I’m joining them. I’m starting an internet business.
Now at the beginning, I’ll take it slow. I’ll be studying to improve my chances on the job market. I’ll take up a regular job. But there will come a time that I will be making enough money from this site to support myself.
This is a promise that I’m making to myself. I won’t be stopping until I’ve made money from this site.
When I’m bored, instead of turning to Netflix, I’ll turn to writing. When I wake up early, I’ll write. When I go to bed late, I’ll write. I’lll write on coffee breaks. Whatever it takes.
I’ve eaten a watermelon yesterday. It was yummy. Did you know that a watermelon consists almost 90% of water? They are also a rich source of vitamin C and B.
